My approach to fitness integrates your personal goals and desires with the development of personal exercise plans that fits your lifestyle. I offer an initial assessment, without cost to the client, to determine your health history and level of exercise experience and knowledge.

I offer ONE-ON-ONE Personal Training and GROUP TRAINING in a state-of-the-art fitness club. If getting to the club is difficult or not what you are seeking I also offer In-Home Training to help you achieve optimal health and fitness. * I use a facility near you where my clients are able to leverage professional equipment from cardiovascular machines, free weights, battling ropes, sleds and machine weighted equipment with Personal Training session.

POLICIES

About Your Sessions:
  • Initial assessment sessions are free of charge to the client and are 45 minutes long.
  • Personal Training sessions typically run one hour long, but can be customized according to your specific needs.
  • Clients are able to use all equipment form cardiovascular machines, free weights, and machine weighted equipment with Personal Training session at Strength and Fitness Club.

Payment:
  • All Personal Training Sessions must be pre-paid. Payment may be made with cash, check or credit card.
  • Sessions and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and expire in 6 months.

Scheduling & Cancellations:
  • The trainer’s watch is the official time keeping unit. The trainer will wait 15 minutes for clients. After 15 minutes, it will be considered a no-show and the client will forfeit that session.
  • Required 24 hour notice for cancellations. Session will be charged if less than 24 hour notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Frankie at 732-689-3284.


We reserve the right to refuse services to clients who may not be able to exercise safely with the level of supervision provided by this program.
